Something that really works. I did this weight loss challenge during the month of February and although very different from your normal weight loss, I am delighted to say that it actually does work. I lost over 5lb in the 30 days and am feeling so much better in myself. I actually like the person I am now, have added some amazing healthy habits into my lifestyle and I now know why I over eat, why I want to be slimmer and I have removed a number of blocks that have stopped me from doing this before. I’ve tried lots of different diets and exercises and gave up within a week .I realised it was my mind set and how I thought about things that was letting me down,but still didn’t know how to go about changing or tackling that first,this book is fantastic I’m still doing the 30 day challenge only found this book a couple of days ago but was very attracted to the idea of training your brain to think positively rather than impossible fitness routines and fad diets .It’s teaching me to be positive and patient to do it realistically to suit my lifestyle so I can keep it up, really recommend this to anyone who feels lost or confused I can see how these techniques can help tackle other issues life throws at us all. Both myself and my wife need to lose weight for my sons wedding in a few months so we decided to put ourself’s on a diet. The problem we both have is we need help and encouragement not just recipes low in calories, this is what this book does. What I like about this book is day by day it gives you ideas on how to fight the urges to eat those foods that don’t help with weight loss, we all know the best way to lose weight is to take in less calories that you use during the day but for those of use who don’t have any will power this book really helps.
