It’s 7.15pm at night and I’ve been working out of the house today, I then came home and had my haircut. An hour sat in the chair pretty much being pampered. Nice but no steps being added.
So I’m just about to have my evening meal and my steps are at 8516. I’ve got a big glass of water and I’m having baked chicken fillet, cous cous salad and a little bit of cottage cheese with pineapple. Tasty.
I’ll be back with an update later once I’ve done my 10,000 steps.

I did it, I’m finishing the day on 10,537. I watched a tv show for 1 hour and marched on the spot the whole way through and made a really long job out of putting laundry away.
Now I’m off to bed and aching, been doing my accounts this evening too. Might squeeze in a quick bath before I jump into bed.
Today was a real struggle to get my 10,000 daily steps in. But I’m feeling really pleased with myself that I’ve achieved it.
