If you’re trying to lose weight and improve your overall health, I highly recommend that you try to drink more water.
Could you add just one more glass of water to your daily water intake every day?
This challenge is all about drinking more water. I want to keep this as simple as possible so this is what I want you to do.
Challenge: Drink more water
Your challenge is to Add 1 good sized glass of water to whatever you already drink.
Of course, it’s okay if you want to add more than this.
Some people recommend a certain amount of water, but I recommend you simply follow the WEE test!
Yes, I know it’s toilet talk and my son tells me it’s rude, but honestly this is by far the easiest way to spot if you need to drink more water.

So based on the WEE test, the ideal is to have pretty much clear wee in the toilet bowl. Yes, I know it sounds a bit weird, checking your wee but honestly it really is the best way to know if you’re drinking enough.
However, if you’re not used to drinking much water at all or you survive mostly on the fizzy whizzer drinks, then going for 4 big glasses a day might seem a big to big of a leap. Instead, start small, so adding 1 extra glass of water will go a long way.
Here are a few ideas.
Start your day with a glass of water
I’ve found that making things a routine works best. So committing to drinking a glass of water when you get up is a good starting point. After committing to this for a few weeks, it’ll become a natural habit and your body will want it.
If you want to step it up a bit, pour yourself a glass of water with each meal.
Again this is something that would easily become a habit if you commit to doing it for just a few weeks.
Don’t like the taste
Try adding cucumber slices, lemon slices, orange slices, strawberries… Play around and find a taste you like but try not to add the cordials. Keep it natural.
