Today’s EFT for weight loss video is to help you when you get that “I’m always hungry” feeling.
Now I’m talking about that feeling when you know you’ve had plenty to eat, but you still feel hungry and you just can’t seem to stop eating.
For me, I get this feeling around the time of the month and whatever I eat doesn’t help one bit.
My 3 top tips when you have that always hungry feeling
- Drink a big glass of water. Often we can feel hungry when, in fact, we are thirsty, also it will help to make yo feel full.
- Get active. Once you’ve had your water, go and do something to keep your mind active. Exercise, clean out a drawer or your wardrobe, walk the dog…
- Do some EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) to help clear the negative emotions and energy.
EFT for Weight Loss tip
Whenever you do any EFT drink a glass of water before and after tapping. Take your time and do as many rounds as you need to shift the feeling of hunger then move onto positive EFT and tap in how you want to feel. If you have any questions just ask in the comments below this post or below the video
