This is not a diet plan or exercise plan. My belief is that our body knows what food we need to eat to be healthy and naturally slim. My daily challenges are designed to help you tune into your body.

So who am I to be creating a weight loss challenge or giving any sort of advice to lose weight?
Well, I’m not a dietician or nutritional expert or fitness guru. What I am is someone who’s struggled with my weight for 14 years and has tried diet after diet, joined Gyms and gave up after a week… I am someone who decided there had to be a better way.
I am a qualified Life Skills Coach, Law of Attraction Practitioner and EFT Master Practitioner. I’ve been helping people achieve their goals and break through emotional blocks since 2009.
This weight loss challenge is based on the same principles I use to achieve any goal. I believe with the right mindset and skills set we can achieve anything. Weight loss is no exception.
Now whilst this is not a diet or exercise plan, I do encourage simple healthy eating habits as well as increasing you activity levels. My challenges will help you to create a positive mindset for both.
