I’m on my own mission to create a healthy lifestyle and I’ve created a healthy lifestyle checklist to share with you. Now I need to point out to you, just in case this is the first time you’re joining me here. I started 2015 in a not very healthy state. I weighed over 13 stone and was classed as having pre-diabetes. I was super unfit and boy, do I love my food.
I’d been overweight to some degree since around 2001. I knew I needed to change and I’m not talking a fad diet or any diet for that matter. I knew I needed to change my lifestyle. So I’ve been making small changes since the beginning of the year.
I’m now under 12 stone and no longer in the anywhere near pre-diabetes range. I’m so much healthier and so much fitter than I was.
No, I’m not super fit and no I’m not at my ideal weight just yet, but I think I’ve had some pretty significant changes this year.
