All I need to do is spend 5 minutes on social media on a Monday morning and I’ll find plenty of people complaining about the fact that it’s Monday again.
It’s not helpful. All that these people are doing is programming their subconscious mind to expect Monday’s to be days that they don’t like.
So make Monday’s a great day, just like every day. Start your day expecting it to be a great day.

You can do it sitting or standing.
If you can, either do it with me watching the video any time you need a boost or stand in front of a mirror and do it. Seeing yourself or me will help cement the new beliefs.
I recommend you do this several times during the day. The more you do it the more motivated, the more positive you’ll feel.

Say this power affirmation to yourself as you go through your day. As you wake up say it a few times, as you go to sleep tonight repeat it a few times, when you’re in the car say it, when you’re out walking say it… You get the idea. Fill your head with this positive statement. Focus your attention on it and both your subconscious mind and the law of attraction will get to work to make it happen for you.
