Time for my weight loss diary update. Hope you’ve all had a great day.
So I’ve gone way over my 10,000 steps today. I’d done it by the time we had our evening meal, so I’m super pleased with that.
I admit though I’ve eaten way too much chocolate this morning. Today is my cleaning morning (my little side business). I was cleaning houses from 8am this morning until lunch time. It seriously amazes me how few steps I do on these days. I feel like I’ve had a massive workout but the steps don’t necessarily build up that much. I got most of my steps in this afternoon.

Any, back to the chocolate. We were running a little late this morning and I grabbed my banana that I normally take with me, but I hadn’t had much for breakfast, so I knew I’d probably want a bit more. So I threw in a chocolate wafer.
I had a second chocolate wafer at home. They’re so easy and they’re there looking at me when I open the fridge. I really do need to just not buy them.
Then I went to mums and my niece and son were having chocolate ice creams. I so, so didn’t need it but I did enjoy it.
I am though ending the day feeling nice and light. We got home later than I had expected and I had planned to do gammon for our meal. It was going to take 1 hour to cook so I spoke with my son and we both decided we really didn’t need a big meal. It was still so warm, we really didn’t feel like much. So I had a few slices of malt loaf, and some cheese. Perfect. Nice and light.
I’m pleased with this as normally I’d have just gone for a big meal regardless of whether I actually needed it.
Using up leftover pasta tip
I love sharing little tips with you to make life easier. So last night we had pasta bolognese. My son added the pasta and we ended up with some left over. SO I rinsed it under the cool tap to quickly cool it down, popped it in a bowl, added a small tin of tuna and a tin of sweetcorn then mixed it all together with a squirt of salad cream, popped it n the fridge and hey presto, that was my lunch for today.
I have to tell you it was super delicious and so nice to come home from cleaning and have something ready to eat.
Okay, that’s me done for today. I’m going to do my EFT for weight loss blocks now and then get myself an early night. This heat is really making me feel sleepy, but it’s nice.
