Okay today I’m heading out for the day with my family and I knew I only had a set amount of time to get today’s video and blog post up and out to you. So I prioritised.
No weigh in due to the wii board (that I weigh myself on) being out of battery power. So rather than mess around trying to find the right battery and sort it out. I decided to skip it this week and prioritise the things that were really going to make a difference.
I did a 7 minute Pyjama workout. Boy was that a surprise at 6am this morning. I thought I was going for a super easy option. Nope!!!! Well not for me at least.

I’ve also been out for my morning walk. I skipped a few days last week and I really noticed a difference.
My weight loss priorities for this week
- 5 days of Workouts
- 5 days of 10,000 steps or more
- Every day, start the day with a normal sized glass of water and then 4 big glasses throughout the day.
Of course, I’ll be mindful about what I’m eating too.
