It’s week 3 of my Slim Down For Christmas Weight Loss Challenge and it’s been another successful week. With a 0.8 kg weight loss. I am absolutely over the moon with that loss as it’s been a really challenging week eating wise this week. 2 days of travelling, a 2.45am start with Breakfast at 4am and I can tell you it really wasn’t healthy. I ended up with a sugar glazed donut. None of the other options were nice, greasy soggy looking bacon etc, so at least I enjoyed what I had.
Anyway, obviously somewhere along the way this week I was doing something right. And even though I did eat some things that I really hadn’t planned for, I was still mindful of what I was eating which is something.
Weight loss goals
Okay so my starting weight was 77.1 kg
This week’s weight loss is 0.8 kg
Taking me to 74.8 kg
Total weight loss so far on the slim down for Christmas weight loss challenge is 2.3 kg
I’m really pleased with that.
My easy to follow weight loss plan
These are my key points that I’m following to lose weight in a positive and natural way that I can maintain.
- Eat plenty of natural ingredients ~ Plenty of fruit and veg, meat, eggs… and cut down on processed foods.
- Drink plenty of water
- Get plenty of sleep
- Stay positive using affirmations, positive self-talk, Hypnosis downloads, EFT, visualisations.
- Get more and more active. Find lots of opportunities in day to day life to add more exercise, such as walking, dancing, mini exercise boosts, workouts…
That’s pretty much it. I allow myself a little more flexibility at the weekend. For example, I don’t worry about how much exercise I’m doing, I allow myself chocolate and fizzy drinks if I want them.
