Yes, yes, yes. After weeks and weeks of struggling to get in my 10,000 steps in, I am pleased to tell you it’s 5pm and I’m over my 10,000 steps already so I’m really happy with that.
I’ve been really pleased with things over the past couple of days. I finished yesterday on 10,004 steps. Yes, I was literally stepping it out at the side of the bed to make sure I got them in.
Food wise it’s been better too. Still not great but definitely an improvement, so I’m going in the right direction again.
Doing the EFT weight loss blocks tapping each day has definitely helped me feel more positive. I’m making sure I do that daily.
Lunch today was with my mum and she’d made me a love pasta dish with a beautiful salad fresh from the garden.
And for our evening meal, we’re having roast chicken with new potatoes and salad.
I did have a chocolate bar at mums, but other than that my snacks have been nice and healthy – Banana, a couple of Brazil nuts and a low-fat yoghurt.
