Oh dear. It’s a weight gain for me this week. But the good news is I 100% know why. I ate too much rubbish and I wasn’t anywhere near active enough.
Another rubbishy day of travelling and not eating well, plus a stinking cold all adding into the picture. Truth is though, I made the wrong choices and didn’t plan well.
Oh, well it’s just one week. A 0.7 kg gain.
Back to a normal routine this week, lots of meal prep and planning, normal exercise and thankfully my cold is almost gone.
