Seriously that was the question I was asking at the beginning of this week ~ Who out lead weights in my legs?
I thought I’d got my poorly day out of the way last week, but oh no, it was back with a passion this week and decided it liked being around me.
Sore throat, cold, headache, legs that literally felt like I had lead weights in them.
Even so, when my mum called and asked if I wanted to go for a walk I said “Yes”
I trailed way behind, not talking and feeling like I wanted to curl up in a ball on the dirt track and feel sorry for myself.
So needless to say I didn’t achieve my 10,000 steps every day this week, although I did do over 16,500 steps on Saturday.
Thankfully I’m feeling much better now.
So I’m not doing a full goals review this week, I’m going easy on myself.
So enough of that business.
As for this week, I’m working until Wednesday and then I’m on my holidays. So this is going to be my last post for a couple of weeks.
My only goal this week is to do my 10,000 steps up to Wednesday and then anything goes. I’m just going to focus on having a great holiday.
And I’ll be tackling those stairs that nearly wiped me out on last years holiday.
