I feel that guided meditations like the ones I’m about to share are a wonderful way to support yourself on your weight loss journey to help you stay positive and motivated.
In this post, I want to share 3 guided meditations for weight loss that I like. Enjoy and relax.
It doesn’t matter if you’ve never tried meditation before as these are guided meditations, so all you need to do is follow along and do what is suggested.
Finally, I’ve learned that stress plays a big part in our lives and that the more stressed we are, the harder it seems to achieve our goals. I personally feel this is super true when it comes to weight loss. I know when I’m stressed I eat more and it’s usually the wrong food too. So these meditations also help to de-stress which I feel is a great added bonus.

The next mediation – Lose weight easily is just 7 minutes long. I really like this one because so many of us who’ve struggled with weight issues feel like it’s hard to lose weight. This meditation really helps to build the belief that it’s easy to lose weight.

I really enjoy this mediation, I really feel like this is mediation touches on many aspects that have been a problem for me with regards to weight loss.
