On the Slim Down For Christmas Weekly-Weigh-in-sheet2.docx I have added space to add a daily positive/success. I think this is going to prove something that’s really powerful.
I only wish I’d added more space for these successes. So, instead of cramming them all into the box provided on the sheet, just add one and the come and share your successes, positives, anything you’re pleased about, anything that’s working for you or anything you want support with over on the Weight Loss challenge Facebook group
I’ve been adding my daily steps count, extra walks I’ve done, enjoyed my EFT, meditations for weight loss, declined pudding and felt great about it, ate healthy even though I felt really tired…
Please come and share your successes, it helps you, it helps me and it helps other people on their weight loss journey. Please don’t be shy, we all need support from each other and this is a really nice way to feel connected and supported.
