This morning my tummy felt really bloated. I’m not sure why? I had whole grain rice last night which is new for me, so I’ll keep an eye on whether that doesn’t agree with me.
I hate that bloated tummy feeling, it makes my clothes feel uncomfortable and I felt a size bigger. These tips can help ease a bloated tummy
Rub your tummy
Rub your .hands together really quickly for about 5 seconds and then rub your tummy. Rubbing bare skin is better. This will help with digestion.
Go out for a walk
Get some nice gentle exercise like going for a walk or if you can go swimming.
Drink extra water
Water helps flush out what you don’t want, so drink some extra water.

If you do get bloating keep a note of the foods you’ve eaten
Keeping a food journal is a great way to track the foods that don’t agree with you. I love cucumber and eat loads of it, but it doesn’t tend to agree with my mum. We’re all different and different things will affect us differently.
I still agree with the tip in the last video though. Keep it simple and avoid processed foods as much as possible.
I found the water tip quite interesting. Lots of people advise drinking water with a meal to avoid overeating, but maybe that’s not the best way. I’m going to try out drinking 20 minutes before and after my meals and see how that goes.

According to health.com foods that can help ease bloating are cucumber, bananas, papaya, asparagus, yogurts with probiotics, ginger and peppermint or camomile tea.
