I’ve put together an EFT for weight loss collection for you to work through. These are 5 of my most popular EFT scripts to help you clear limiting belief, release blocks and habits that no longer serve you well.
EFT is a powerful technique for weight loss and emotional health in general. Here’s a round up of 5 of my top EFT for weight loss scripts
TOP TIP: I’ve been using EFT for many years now and for some things, one session is all it takes to completely release a belief/emotion but when it comes to EFT for weight loss, I find it’s something that you need to do regularly a bit like physical exercise or eating healthy.
1. EFT For Comfort Eating
Comfort eating is a big problem for many of us. The longer term key is to work out what emotions you are eating for. For example, I tend to eat if I’m upset, angry, frustrated but I also eat because it has happy emotions attached to it. If you can identify emotions, tap on those.
Your set up could be: Even though I really feel like eating, I know I’m not really hungry. I want to eat becuase I feel… (add the emotion)
Then on the tapping points say… (just say the emotion you feel)
Just think about the way you feel and simply say THIS FEELING.

2. EFT: Clearing your weight loss doubts

Top of the head – I release any doubts that I have about being able to lose weight
Eyebrow – I release any blocks keeping me stuck
Side of the eye – Clearing any doubts
Under eye – Allowing weight loss to be easy now
Under nose – Clearing doubts
Under mouth – Allowing weight loss to be easy now
Collarbone – Clearing doubts
Under arm – Allowing weight loss to be easy now
3. EFT For When You’re Always Hungry

And here’s a quickie EFT tapping round for you.
Focus in on the feeling of being hungry and wanting to go and get something to eat. Remember this is for when you feel like you want to eat but you know, you’re not really hungry. If you are really hungry, please eat.
Focusing on the feeling – tap on each of the tapping points and say “This feeling”
Tapping points – Top of the head, eyebrow, side of the eye, under the eye, under the nose, under the mouth, collarbone, under the arm.

Quickie EFT tapping to do just before eating.
Tap on all of the EFT points in turn saying “I now eat mindfully” I encourage you to do this slowly with a nice relaxed deep breath in and slowly release out.
EFT tapping points – Top of the head, eyebrow, side of the eye, under the eye, under the nose, under the mouth, collarbone, under the arm.
