Enjoy this full EFT weight loss script. Helping to remove those blocks that keep up overweight.
As a qualified Master EFT practitioner, I know the power of this simple technique. EFT is easy to learn and use yourself. EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) works by tapping on meridian points (I’ll tell you where to tap in the script) to release energy blocks that can keep us stuck.
A few EFT tips
- Tap gently. It’s not more effective if you tap harder.
- Tap 2 or more fingers with either hand
- Drink some water before and after any EFT tapping

Before you start tapping, think about your problem. In this case your weight. Rate how you feel about being overweight. -10 to +10
-10 is I feel really terrible about my weight
0 is neutral where it no longer bothers you
+10 is I feel great
Ideally, we want to get you up to the +10 area every day.
Give yourself a score before you start tapping
Complete Round 1
Then check your score.
Stick with round 1 until you move up to -2 or higher.
Tap on round 2 – You can do this once or a few times to push your score up higher.
Then finally end with the 3rd round. Again do as many as you want.
Aim to get up to a +10
+10 days are the best, keep tapping.
If you’re short on time, you can just do each round once but be sure to come back and do it again regularly.
This is my EFT script for the week and ideally, I’d love you to come back every day and follow the script for the full week.
The script is meant as a guide for you. Feel free to change the wording to suit you.
EFT Script to release weight loss blocks
Tap on the side of your hand (karate chop) – say Even though I have these weight loss blocks, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
(repeat this point 3 times)
Start of the eyebrow – I have weight loss blocks
Side of the eye – I’ve tried everything
Under eye – Nothing seems to work for me
Under nose – Or if it does work, it doesn’t last for long
Chin – I just don’t seem to be able to stick with anything
Collarbone – I keep trying
Under arm (tap with the palm of your hand just below your armpit) – Nothing seems to work
Top of the head – I don’t know why I have this problem
Take a nice slow and deep breath and check your score.
If it’s below -2 repeat round 1.
Anything above -2 move to round 2
Start of the eyebrow – I want to lose weight
Side of the eye – I want to improve my health
Under eye – I want to improve my fitness
Under nose – I want to feel positive about my body
Chin – I want to feel positive about the way I look
Collarbone – I can shift my thoughts to loving my body
Under arm (tap with the palm of your hand just below your armpit) – I can shift my focus to healthy and active living
Top of the head – I can focus now on feeling great about my body
Check your score and continue to round 3 to keep pushing your score higher and higher
Start of the eyebrow – I choose to focus on being healthy
Side of the eye – I choose to focus on getting active
Under eye – I choose to feel great about my body
Under nose – I choose to keep my thoughts positive about my body
Chin – I choose to appreciate my body
Collarbone – I know that my body is truly amazing
Under arm (tap with the palm of your hand just below your armpit) – I choose to be kind to my body
Top of the head – I choose to love and accept my body now.
Take a nice deep breath and have a drink of water.
Recommended Bonus Tips For Using this EFT Weight Loss Script
I recommend that you go through this EFT weight loss blocks session slowly the first time. Only move to the second round when you’ve got your score down to at least -2.
Once you’ve done the rounds in full and pushed your score right up.
I then recommend you do this session daily for the rest of the week. You can just do each round once.
This is a really positive technique that will help you feel really positive and help to shift those beliefs and negative energy that help keep you overweight.
