Hi, thanks for joining me here on my ideal weight blog. My name is Wendy Tomlinson. I originally started my positive weight loss journey at the beginning of 2015. I really wasn’t sure if anyone would be interested in what I was doing, so I added a few posts to my existing coaching blog.
People were obviously interested so I decided to take the plunge and dedicate this special blog to weight loss, body confidence and everything that goes with it. I have lots of ideas that I really hope will help you.

I’m all about the mindset
I want to take a minute to explain why I think I can help you on your weight loss journey. I’m a qualified life coach, law of attraction practitioner and EFT master practitioner. I help people to create the things they want and most of that is about creating the right mindset, shifting limiting beliefs etc. That’s what I do.
I’m no health and fitness expert
No, no. Whilst I might share a few tips that are helping me, I’m definitely not a health and fitness expert. I’m on my own ongoing journey, to create a healthy lifestyle for myself and feel great about myself, at the same time achieving my ideal weight.
I love hearing how you’re getting on with your weight loss, healthy living journey and no-one wants to feel alone on this journey. I definitely want to support you.
