Today I’d like to share a guided weight loss visualization with you. Visualizations are an incredible way to help with anything you want to attract in your life. They’re also relaxing, so if you’re a stress eater, then instead of reaching for food, take a few minutes to do this guided weight loss visualization.
Prepare yourself for an effective visualization session
Sit down or lie down somewhere comfortable and where you will not be disturbed.
Close your eyes, take a nice slow and deep breath in, hold for a count of 3 and breathe out slowly.
I also encourage you to have a glass of water to hand. Have some before you start the visualization and then more afterward. This will help to get the energy in your body flowing positively as well as of course, keeping you nicely hydrated.
Melt away your excess weight ~ Guided weight loss visualization
Watch the video below for the guided weight loss visualization.
As you breathe in, breathe in positive energy and as you breathe out, release any negative beliefs you hold about losing weight.
Imagine that you are walking down a beautiful pathway, surrounded by flowers and nature.
At the end of the path is a softly flowing stream. You see a bowl as you reach the end of the path. In the bowl, you see a block of ice. Pick the ice up.
It’s cold in your hands, but it’s a nice warm day, so immediately the ice starts to melt.
Look at the ice as it melts through your fingers. Let the water drip into the stream.
This ice block resembles your excess weight.
Feel the ice gently melting away and flowing down the stream.
Watch the water flowing gently and taking your excess weight away too.
As you watch the stream you feel light, calm and happy.
Just take a few minutes to really relax now.
This is a wonderful visualization for you to do at the end of the day when you’re relaxed in bed. You can then drift off to sleep as you are ready with these wonderful images still fresh in your mind.
Do let me know in the comments below how you found this visualization and remember to Pin to your board or add to your YouTube favourites so that you can come back and do the visualization regularly. Try doing it every night for real impact.
