Yeah, it’s a weight loss this week. A very small weight loss, but nonetheless a weight loss. So I’m happy with that. I love the bigger weight losses, there’s no doubt about that, but I’m in this for life. I know the quick fixes don’t work long term, I’m not doing a faddy diet. I’m making small, positive changes to my eating and getting more active on a day to day basis. This has to be a lifestyle I can live with long term.
My weight loss results so far on the Slim down for Christmas challenge
I started at 76.2.kg on the 12th October.
My weight now on the 9th of November is 75.1
Weight loss this week 0.4
I had a couple of good losses, then I put on 1 week (and new why) and now a little weight loss this week.
All in all since starting the Slim down for Christmas Challenge I’ve lost 1.1 kg
It’s not a massive loss in approximately a month, but like I said, I’m in it for the long haul. It took me 14 years to put the weight on.
My weight loss goal for the coming week
My weight loss goal for the coming week is to lose 0.5 kg or more.
I intend to plan all of my meals for the week.
Make sure I drink my 4 big glasses of water throughout the day and 1 small glass first thing in the morning.
Save the chocolate for the weekend.
Get moving. 30 minutes walking Monday to Friday.
Clock up at least 2 hours on the wii fit during the week
10 or more mini exercise boosts during the day Monday to Friday.
